Programme design

This is a three to four day programme depending on the range of skills that are included. Many people think that influencing means the same as persuasion and fail to recognise the range of influencing skills that are available. Further they do not recognise the clues that indicate when different techniques should be used. A comprehensive workbook is provided. The course uses a unique questionnaire to analyse course members’ preferred influencing style (see our free trail questionnaire and explanation).
