In April 2001 MODAS completed 21 years of operations that have improved the skills and versatility of managers, professional staff and their organisations. Charles founded MODAS in 1980. He is a respected consultant and speaker on organisation development and communication processes. His early career included management and personnel appointments in heavy and light engineering, the Civil Service and retailing. A highly creative trainer, Charles has devised programmes for other training organisations including one on Consulting Skills for the Institute of Personnel Management and on Participative Training for Guardian Business Services.
